The Utilization Report now gives you more context about your inventory. Two new columns show how many units you have and when each item was added — so you can make more informed decisions about utilization and purchasing.
What's New:
- Inventory Quantity — shows how many units of each item exist in your inventory
- Date Created — shows when the inventory item was originally added to the system
How to Use It:
- Go to Reports > Utilization
- The new columns are included automatically
- Use them to identify items that are underutilized relative to their stock size, or review performance of newly added inventory
Benefits:
- See utilization in context of how much inventory you actually have
- Identify overstocked or underperforming items faster
- Useful for purchasing decisions and inventory right-sizing
