Bulk Print Report: Filter by Finalized Status

Hi there,

When generating bulk print reports for invoices, you can now filter by finalized or unfinalized status — so you only print exactly what's ready.

What's New:

- A new Finalized filter is available in the Bulk Print report for invoices

- Options: Finalized, Unfinalized, or leave blank to include both

- Works alongside your existing date and status filters

How to Use It:

- Go to Reports > Bulk Print

- In the filters section, set the Finalized filter to your preference

- Run the report — only matching invoices will be included

Benefits:

- Stop accidentally printing or exporting invoices that aren't ready yet

- End-of-cycle billing workflows are cleaner and faster

- Combine with other filters for precise invoice batches
