Two new shortcodes are now available for your email templates, making it easy to include deposit details in automated client communications.
What's New:
- deposit_amount — inserts the remaining deposit amount owed by the client
- deposit_due_date — inserts the date the deposit is due
How to Use It:
- Go to Settings > Email Templates and open a template
- Add {deposit_amount} or {deposit_due_date} anywhere in the template body
- These will be replaced with the correct values when the email is sent
Benefits:
- Automate deposit reminder emails without manually filling in amounts and dates
- Clients receive clear, accurate deposit information every time
- Reduces back-and-forth about deposit details
