Hi there,
Team members who haven't set up personal SMTP credentials can now send CRM emails using your company's system email account — so no one on your team is blocked from communicating with clients.
What's New:
- Users without personal SMTP configured can now send CRM emails using the company system email
- A Reply To field now shows the appropriate reply address so client responses are routed correctly
- Previously, users without SMTP were unable to send CRM emails at all
How to Use It:
- Navigate to any customer profile
- Click on the Communications tab
- Click on the Emails option and fill out the email information and click Send Email
Benefits:
- Every team member can send CRM emails regardless of their individual email configuration
- Clients can still reply directly to the right person via the Reply To address
- No delays in client communication while waiting for SMTP setup
