On-Site Contact in Dispatching Exports

Hi there,

Your dispatching export can now include the on-site contact's name and phone number, and can hide client details, so drivers get exactly the information they need.

What's New:

• A new setting to show the on-site contact (name and phone) in the dispatching export.

• A new setting to hide the client name and phone from the export.

• A new On-Site Contact Phone column on the Dispatching page, shown next to the on-site contact.

• Shared contacts used as on-site contacts now appear correctly.

How to Use It:

• Go to Drivers → Dispatching and open the dispatching settings.

• Check Show On-Site Contact (Name and Phone) and/or Hide Client Name and Phone, then save.

• Export your dispatching list as usual; the file follows your settings.

Benefits:

• Drivers can call the person actually waiting at the venue.

• Keep client contact details private when sharing route sheets.

• Fewer calls back to the office on delivery day.
