Hi there,
We’ve added a new feature that allows you to automatically reserve inventory for quotes for a specific number of days, ensuring that items stay on hold while your client decides.
You can configure this under Settings -> Orders section using the new option:
“Reserve Inventory for Quotes (Days)”

Changing this setting only affects new quotes — existing quotes will continue to honor their original reservation period.
Hi there,
We’ve released an update to make it easier to spot overbooked sets!
Previously, only the overbooked product within a set was highlighted in red on the order’s availability chart. If the set was collapsed, it could be harder to notice that something inside it was overbooked.
With this update, when a product within a set is overbooked, the set name itself will also be highlighted in red—so you’ll see the alert even if the set is collapsed.

Hi there,
You now have the option to filter your notifications based on the Managed By and/or Sales Person on the transaction.
Once filtered, the notification bell will exclusively show notifications for transactions with the selected user you've filtered for.

Click on your notification bell, then click on All Notifications. Once you navigation to the full notification list, you'll see the fields to filter by Managed By and Sales Person where you can select the user you'd like to filter for. Once you've selected the user, you'll notice the list of notifications will filter to the number exclusively related to transactions for that user.
If you have any questions about filtering your notifications, please reach out to our support team either through the chat or by emailing us at [email protected]!
Hi there,
We've updated and enhanced our QuickBooks Integration!
You now have the option to choose which date is syncing for your Invoices. Previously, our integration only allowed for the creation date to be sent as the invoice date and the invoice due date. Now with this update you can choose to send the Quote/Order Start Date as the invoice date.
If you have any questions, please reach out to our team!

Hi there,
We’ve identified and resolved a minor discrepancy in how Rentopian handles rounding for line item to calculate totals. In certain cases, this was causing a minor difference (around $0.01 or more) between individual line items and the overall invoice total.
To address this, we’re updating the calculation logic to ensure greater consistency and accuracy.
If you have any questions or would like help making adjustments, our team is here to support you. Please don’t hesitate to reach out!
Hi there,
When managing an Add-On Only product, you now have the option to mark it as Only one per transaction. This was designed to help with products that need to be included in a transaction but you don't need more than one (like a hand trolly or ladder).
If you have any questions about creating add-on only products or marking them only one per transaction, please reach out to our team.
