Hi there,

When reviewing the activity log on an order, you can now see attachments that were included in sent emails — not just the email content itself.

What's New:

- Attachments sent with emails are now displayed in the order activity log alongside the email body

- Gives a complete picture of exactly what was sent to the client at each communication touchpoint

- Full communication history including attached files — all in one place

- Easier to verify what documents a client received without digging through sent mail

Send CRM Emails Without Personal SMTP

Hi there,

Team members who haven't set up personal SMTP credentials can now send CRM emails using your company's system email account — so no one on your team is blocked from communicating with clients.

What's New:

- Users without personal SMTP configured can now send CRM emails using the company system email

- A Reply To field now shows the appropriate reply address so client responses are routed correctly

- Previously, users without SMTP were unable to send CRM emails at all

How to Use It:

- Navigate to any customer profile

- Click on the Communications tab

- Click on the Emails option and fill out the email information and click Send Email

Benefits:

- Every team member can send CRM emails regardless of their individual email configuration

- Clients can still reply directly to the right person via the Reply To address

- No delays in client communication while waiting for SMTP setup

Hi there,

Two new shortcodes are now available for your email templates, making it easy to include deposit details in automated client communications.

What's New:

- deposit_amount — inserts the remaining deposit amount owed by the client

- deposit_due_date — inserts the date the deposit is due

How to Use It:

- Go to Settings > Email Templates and open a template

- Add {deposit_amount} or {deposit_due_date} anywhere in the template body

- These will be replaced with the correct values when the email is sent

Benefits:

- Automate deposit reminder emails without manually filling in amounts and dates

- Clients receive clear, accurate deposit information every time

- Reduces back-and-forth about deposit details

A fix has been applied to driver division filtering in dispatching so that drivers with access to all divisions now appear correctly in the dispatching and driver selection interfaces.

- Drivers with All Divisions access now correctly appear in dispatching views and driver selection dropdowns

- Previously, division filtering was joining against an incorrect column, causing some drivers to be hidden

When generating bulk print reports for invoices, you can now filter by finalized or unfinalized status — so you only print exactly what's ready.

What's New:

- A new Finalized filter is available in the Bulk Print report for invoices

- Options: Finalized, Unfinalized, or leave blank to include both

- Works alongside your existing date and status filters

How to Use It:

- Go to Reports > Bulk Print

- In the filters section, set the Finalized filter to your preference

- Run the report — only matching invoices will be included

Benefits:

- Stop accidentally printing or exporting invoices that aren't ready yet

What's New:

- Order Type column — indicates whether the transaction is a rental, sale, or other type

- Has Service column — flags orders that include a service item

How to Use It:

- Go to Reports > and choose the report you're needing

- The new columns appear automatically in the report

- Use them to filter, sort, or export a breakdown by order type or service inclusion

Benefits:

Auto-Convert: More Flexible Conditions for Deposit & Contract Rules

Hi there,

Auto-conversion rules just became more powerful. Rules set to trigger on "Deposit and Contract Signed" can now also check Client Type and Invoice Term as additional conditions — giving you finer control over when quotes convert automatically.

What's New:

- Auto-convert rules using Deposit and Contract Signed as the trigger can now also require a matching Client Type

- Optionally, a matching Invoice Term can also be required

- All conditions must be met before the conversion fires

How to Use It:

- Go to Settings > Auto-Convert and open or create a rule

- Set the trigger to Deposit and Contract

- Optionally add a Client Type and/or Invoice Term condition

- Save — conversions will only trigger when all selected conditions are satisfied

Benefits:

- More granular control over which orders convert automatically

- Prevents unwanted conversions for clients or terms that require manual review

- Reduces manual overrides after auto-conversion fires incorrectly

Utilization Report: Inventory Quantity & Date Created Columns

Hi there,

The Utilization Report now gives you more context about your inventory. Two new columns show how many units you have and when each item was added — so you can make more informed decisions about utilization and purchasing.

What's New:

- Inventory Quantity — shows how many units of each item exist in your inventory

- Date Created — shows when the inventory item was originally added to the system

How to Use It:

- Go to Reports > Utilization

- The new columns are included automatically

- Use them to identify items that are underutilized relative to their stock size, or review performance of newly added inventory

Benefits:

- See utilization in context of how much inventory you actually have

- Identify overstocked or underperforming items faster

- Useful for purchasing decisions and inventory right-sizing
