Our engineering team has been hard at work with a system update featuring a new streamlined interface and new enhancements to be released the beginning of next week!

Core Enhancements 💪

This initial upgrade is the first step in enabling our team to start building and releasing bigger updates and improvements to main modules. These enhancements will not impact any of your workflow or processes, but you'll start seeing increased capabilities and more efficiency right away.

We've revamped the interface to give you a cleaner, more consistent feel. Below are a couple examples of improvements you'll notice.

We've added the "Managed By" field as a column to your Orders and Overbooked Orders Reports! As with other columns in the report, you can move it left or right in the report depending on your preference. If you have any questions please reach out to our team!

We've added a new email to the templates of automated emails under your email settings! This new template is designed to go to drivers when a delivery or pick up is reassigned off their schedule. You can find this new template under Settings --> Emails and Templates --> Automated Emails

To edit the email, you can click on the linked template or to turn on the email, you click on the red x to toggle it on. If you have any questions about this email or any automated emails please reach out to our team!

We've just released an update to the way items are ordered in a set. Previously, items were listed in a set based on when they were created; however, you can now reorder items by clicking on the move icon on the left of the item image and drag and drop the item on the list.
