In many of your email templates regarding client actions (like payment received from client, or contract signed by client) you now have the option to send these to the Managed By and/or the Sales Person of the transaction.
To activate this option, find the email template for the email you'd like to send to the Managed By or Sales Person. You can find these in you Settings --> Emails and Templates and then under the Templates tab (or many are linked in the Automated Emails tab as well. Once you've found the template, you'll see the option to Send To Managed By and Send To Sales Person under the Additional Recipients section.

In your Transaction List, you can now drag and drop Quick Filters to set the order they appear. You’ll also see a count of how many transactions match each filter.

Additionally, you can choose whether saved Quick Filters are private (visible only to you) or shared with your entire team. To share a filter, select Visible to All Users when creating it.

We’ve identified and resolved a minor discrepancy in how Rentopian handles rounding for line item to calculate totals. In certain cases, this was causing a minor difference (around $0.01 or more) between individual line items and the overall invoice total.
To address this, we’re updating the calculation logic to ensure greater consistency and accuracy.

When managing an Add-On Only product, you now have the option to mark it as Only one per transaction. This was designed to help with products that need to be included in a transaction but you don't need more than one (like a hand trolly or ladder).

In the logistics section of your transactions, you can now hide the fields used to create a timeline.

This table of dates and times can be hidden by selecting the "Hide Logistics Dates" in your Order Settings. To find this option, navigate to your Settings then select the Orders tile. In your Order Settings you'll scroll to the Logistics section and check the box next to the "Hide Logistics Dates" option under the Default Transportation Type heading.

We added a feature to your Transactions List to allow you to save your filter combinations to your Quick Filters list.

Once you select your filters, you'll click the new Save As Preset button in the bottom right of your filter options. Then you'll get a popup where you can give the filter combination a name of your choosing. Once you give a name and click the green Save button, it will be added to your list of Quick Filters above your filters drop down. When clicked, your quick filters will automatically select your filters.

Hi there,
We're excited to share that we've added order snapshots to your Activity History tab in your order view screen! Anytime you click "Update" on your quotes or orders, a snapshot PDF will be generated and saved in the Activity History log.
You do not have to make any changes to turn on this new feature and moving forward you'll have a snapshot for any transaction you update.
