We've added a new shortcode for transportation type to your document options! When added to your documents, it will display the selected transportation type.

Hi there,

We added the ability to require contacts when creating a transaction. This option can be enabled under Settings --> Client Settings --> General.

Hi there,

We've updated the client options! You now are able to set special conditions, like special invoice terms, for specific clients by editing their profile. When used, client-based conditions will replace client-type or default conditions. Please reach out to the team with any questions!

We're happy to announce that you can now customize delivery fees for your venues! You can either add an additional fee to your regular delivery rates, or you can have a specific set delivery fee that replaces your regular delivery rates. We're so excited the upgrade is LIVE! We hope you are loving the new super charged platform. We've seen minimal issues thus far, but please reach out to our team if you need any support.

Some customers asked why we released this update during busy season. While change can be hard at any time, this upgrade was essential to ensuring the powerful and smooth functionality you need on from Rentopian ensuring your team can perform at their best during the busy season and beyond!

This new upgraded engine will ensure fewer bugs, more efficiency, and the ability to create bigger enhancements.

Although there are some sleek design enhancements that came with the upgrade, the biggest changes are "under the hood" that empower our team to create bigger improvements to critical areas like logistics.

Managed By Column on Orders Reports

We've added the "Managed By" field as a column to your Orders and Overbooked Orders Reports! As with other columns in the report, you can move it left or right in the report depending on your preference. If you have any questions please reach out to our team!

Hi there,

We've added a new email to the templates of automated emails under your email settings! This new template is designed to go to drivers when a delivery or pick up is reassigned off their schedule. You can find this new template under Settings --> Emails and Templates --> Automated Emails

To edit the email, you can click on the linked template or to turn on the email, you click on the red x to toggle it on. If you have any questions about this email or any automated emails please reach out to our team!

Reordering Items in a Set

We've just released an update to the way items are ordered in a set. Previously, items were listed in a set based on when they were created; however, you can now reorder items by clicking on the move icon on the left of the item image and drag and drop the item on the list.
